Buyer's Agent Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and client-oriented Real Estate Buyer's Agent to join our dynamic team at Sterling Gray Realty Group. As a Buyer's Agent, you will assist clients in navigating the complex process of purchasing properties, providing expert advice, and ensuring a smooth transaction. This role is ideal for someone passionate about Real Estate, possesses excellent communication skills, and is committed to providing outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Consultation: Conduct initial meetings with clients to understand their property needs, preferences, and financial capabilities.
  2. Property Search: Utilize various resources to search for available properties that match client criteria. This includes MLS listings, networking with other agents, and exploring off-market opportunities.
  3. Property Viewing and Evaluation: Coordinate and conduct property viewings with clients. Offer professional insights regarding property features, market trends, and potential investment value.
  4. Market Analysis: Keep up-to-date with local Real Estate market trends and provide clients with relevant market data to aid in decision-making.
  5. Negotiation and Offers: Prepare and present purchase offers on behalf of clients. Negotiate terms and conditions with sellers or their representatives to reach favorable agreements.
  6. Transaction Coordination: Work closely with transaction coordinators, lenders, home inspectors, and other professionals involved in the Real Estate process to ensure a smooth transaction.
  7. Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the buying process, answering questions, addressing concerns, and providing updates.
  8. Continued Learning and Development: Stay informed about Real Estate laws, regulations, and best practices through continuous learning and professional development.
  9. Networking and Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with clients and industry professionals to grow your network and referral base.

Agent/Team Member Requirements:

  1. Must be a licensed Real Estate agent in California
  2. Must be willing to move license under eXp Realty
  3. Must be in good standing with the local realtor board, or an inactive agent who can immediately move his/her license.
