- Manage and oversee the daily operations of a Nursing Home facility
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and laws related to senior care and Nursing Home operations
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain high-quality resident care
- Coordinate and supervise staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Monitor financial performance and budgeting to ensure the facility operates within budgetary guidelines
- Collaborate with medical professionals to provide comprehensive care for residents, including memory care, dementia care, and home care services
- Advocate for resident rights and ensure a safe and comfortable living environment
- Maintain effective communication with residents, families, and staff to address concerns and provide updates on facility operations
```Qualifications```
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Valid state license as a Nursing Home Administrator
- Proven experience in managing a Nursing Home or senior care facility
- Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting and financial management
- Knowledge of regulations and laws governing Nursing Homes and senior care facilities
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team
- Experience in operations management, including staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Knowledge of memory care, dementia care, and home care services
- Understanding of working with people with developmental disabilities is a plus
