Registered Nurse For Home Health Care

Village Home Care, LLC is seeking and outstanding RNs for Marion, Sumter, and Lake Counties. Full Time or Part Time (PRN) available. Experience in Medicare Certified Home Health preferred, with strong clinical and client service skills required. PDGM. OASIS. SOC/ROC/Recerts

QUALIFICATIONS

• Currently licensed in the state of Florida
• Ability to learn and apply practical training, follow physician's orders, and produce accurate records of activities and services provided
• Demonstrate adequate knowledge regarding exposure and safe handling of body fluids, chemicals, and hazardous equipment
• Demonstrates ability to effectively communicate with patients, physicians, and staff
• Demonstrates motivation to increase knowledge regarding Home Health Care.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

• Provide patient care under the direction of the Director of Clinical Services (DCS)
• Prepare clinical and progress notes for the clinical record
• Assist patients in learning self-care techniques
• Report any changes in patient's condition to the DOCS with the reports documented in the patient files
• Administer treatments to the patient in the home setting
• Participate in multidisciplinary approach to patient care
• Maintain excellent communication with patients and staff
• Maintain confidentiality of all patient and Agency matters

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, PRN

Pay: $40.00 - $80.00 per hour
