Our team of Registered Nurses assess client/patient and family needs in order to promote the best and appropriate services that Home Care, Recharged can offer for recovery and rehabilitation at home. Home Care, Recharged provides care to convalescent adults and seniors. Our Registered Nurses complete comprehensive assessments (non-OASIS) and provide skilled care under the orders of a licensed professional with prescribing authority.
Registered Nurse Qualifications:
- Must be 21 years of age or older; Must be 25 years of age or older if required to operate an agency owned motor vehicle.
- A Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
- Licensed Register Nurse in the State of Florida.
- Complete knowledge of nursing principles and procedures of skills in the technique of good client/patient care.
- Good mental health and the quality of retaining emotional stability in situations of varying circumstances.
- Minimum of One year’s experience, as a Registered Nurse OR if recent graduate, minimum of Two years’ experience in Home Health, Home Care, and or Community Health (e.g., Physician Office, Hospital)
- Determined proficient by taking Pre-Employment RN Competency Test after Conditional Job Offer made, then again as needed- annually at a minimum.
- Meets the physical and health requirements of the Home Health Agency.
- Determined Eligible by the Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA), Level II Background Check.
- Determined Eligible: National Sex Offender Registry, OIG Exclusion List, Motor Vehicle Report.
- Maintain Valid Nursing License – State of Florida
- Maintain Valid Driver’s License
- Maintain required Motor Vehicle Insurance.
- Maintain required CEU’s, job specific training as required.
- Current CPR (Hands On) and maintain.
- Must meet the physical and heath requirements of the agency.
- Have and maintain Safe and Reliable Vehicle.
