Citrus Counseling Services (CCS) is a registered non-profit Mental Health agency that has been providing counseling and Mental Health services throughout the Inland Empire since 1978. We have over 50 employees that offer a wide range of services and programs. In addition to our general Mental Health program, we have specialized programs for young children, at-risk youth, family reunification support, military veterans and their family, faith-based support, and a Trauma Recovery Center.
Summary
CCS is looking for a Licensed Mental Health Therapist/Clinical Supervisor to join the Early Childhood Services department. The primary role of the Mental Health Therapist is to provide professional therapeutic behavioral health services to children ages 0-8. The Mental Health Therapist will collaboratively participate in staff meetings and trainings, perform necessary administrative tasks, and participate in CCS community relations efforts. Upon hire, the Mental Health Therapist will be credentialed with all major insurance companies. The Mental Health Therapist will provide individual and group clinical supervision to Trainees and Associates.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities

- Provide individual and/or group clinical group supervision.
- Comply with agency policies and procedures.
- Maintain confidential clinical records in keeping with agency policies and procedures.
- Maintain the highest standards and practices of his/her primary professional discipline.
- Attend and participate in staff meetings, trainings, and other team building activities.
- Participate in community events as needed.
- Perform administrative, development, and other organizational tasks as assigned.

Required Qualifications
- Master’s Degree or higher in a Behavioral Health discipline.
- Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor.
- Licensed to provide services in the state of California.
- Registered and in good standing with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences.
- Insurable for Professional and General Liability insurance.
- Minimum of two years post-degree clinical experience.
- Completion of the minimum six contact hours in supervision training from a state agency or approved continuing education provider.
- Experience providing clinical supervision to pre-licensed clinical counseling interns.
