The company have set out on a mission to reimagine how high acuity care is delivered to teens and young adults—particularly those in rural populations. The company is building the world’s first infinitely scalable, virtual-first Mental Health practice. The initial offering is a virtual intensive outpatient program (vIOP), which connects like-minded virtual groups with therapists that specialize in their specific Mental Health needs. The goal is to help children and families heal together. • 100% remote (position is available in all states)

Responsibilities

• Provide remote, telehealth services to our adolescent and young adult clients.
• Provide Mental Health and substance help 

Required qualifications

• Master's degree or higher
• Any of the following licenses/certifications:
  • Valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
  • Valid Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
  • Valid Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
  • Valid Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC)
  • Valid Licensed Mental Health Practitioner (LMHC)
  • Valid Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC)
• Available for group therapy sessions are held in the evenings from 3:00pm-8:00pm MT.
• Previous experience working with teens and young adults (1+ yr)

Preferred qualifications

• Any of the following licenses/certifications:
  • Valid Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
  • Valid Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
  • Valid EMDR

Schedule

• group therapy sessions are held in the evenings from 3:00pm-8:00pm MT.
