Licensed Mental Health Professional- Remote

Private online/telehealth practice looking to hire a highly motivated individual, fully licensed in NJ OR NJ Permit Holder.

The practice is looking to hire a fully Licensed Mental Health Professional (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, PhD, PsyD, or NJ Permit Holder).

The practice is fully remote and does not require any in-person sessions. We specialize in working with highly motivated individuals who experience anxiety, stress, burnout, and depression. We also specialize in working with teens and adults going through life transitions and difficulties setting boundaries. The practice also sees children and pre-adolescents experiencing stress and anxiety, school and peer-related issues, and those displaying behavioral concerns.

The ideal candidate would be willing to work one of the following:

2 nights a week (3pm-7pm) and one day (12pm-3pm)

2 nights a week (3pm-7pm) and one weekend day

Both weekend days (hours are flexible)

Candidates can make their own schedules. This position would be great for someone looking to supplement their income. Candidates should not expect to start with a full caseload and be willing to build their caseload over time.

Pay will be based on licensure and experience.

Requirements:

- Private and secure location to provide sessions. Candidates will be asked to show the area in which therapy sessions will be provided. Remote location must adhere to HIPAA requirements with a sound/noise machine, and the inability for individuals to hear sessions or come into the room during sessions.

- Private/non-shared computer that is password protected. This computer will be utilized for remote sessions.

- Currently licensed in NJ or NJ Permit Holder.

- Located either in NJ.

- Proof of malpractice insurance and license verification.

- No board complaints.

- Ability to eventually have a caseload of 8-10 patients per week.

- Experience working with children, teens, and adults.

- Strong internet connection.

- Comfortable with technology and electronics.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.

- Willingness to be a team player, and ability to work independently without needing to be micromanaged.

- Willingness to learn new skills to build professionally.

Preferred:

- Licensed in additional states outside of NJ (PSYPACT a plus)

- DBT trained

- EMDR trained or certified (for licensed candidates only)

- Experience and willingness to work with eating disorders, substance use, and provide couples and/or family therapy (for licensed candidates only).
