Job Responsibilities:
- Design specific treatment plans based on client's individual needs.
- Promote the health and wellness benefits to clients receiving massage therapy on a regular basis.
- Create an excellent experience for guests/members with skilled treatment sessions and friendly, helpful attitude.
- Encourage rebookings, promote member referrals and memberships.
- Help maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas.
Job Requirements:
- Adhere to state licensing laws and regulations
- Communicate respectfully and effectively with clients, spa management and staff
- Carry liability insurance
- Proficiency in Swedish massage
- Knowledge of other modalities preferred, but not required. (Neuromuscular, Myofascial, Trigger Point, Pre-natal, Craniosacral, Reiki, Deep Tissue). Hand and Stone offers training in all modalities to our team members.
