Carolina Pintos Therapy is excited to announce an opportunity for a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) to join our team. Initially, this role will be offered on a contract basis for one year, with the prospect of transitioning to a permanent W2 position with full benefits based on performance.

Qualifications
- Must hold a current Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) certification.
- Friendly, curious, and proactive attitude.
- Self-motivated and dynamic approach.
- College education in anatomy, physiology, or related fields is a plus.
Compensation & Schedule
- Earn an hourly rate plus tips and a monthly performance bonus, potentially averaging $65,000 annually.
- Positions available both full-time and part-time, ranging from 30-40 hours weekly.
- Flexible schedule including 10-hour and 8-hour shifts, weekday and Saturday availability, and observance of holidays.
