Job SummaryWe are seeking a New York State Licensed Massage Therapist to join our successful Holistic Wellness Center. As a Massage Therapist, you will tailor massage treatments to your patient's individual needs and health goals. The successful candidate will be knowledgeable in a variety of massage styles, possess a deep knowledge of human anatomy and the musculoskeletal system, and work well as part of a holistic wellness team. 
Massage Therapist Daily Duties

• Perform consecutive 45, 50, or 60-minute massage therapy sessions 
• Fantastic rapport, and quality of care when it comes to working with ALL clients & patients
• Delivers exceptional massage experience 
• Maintains Mutual Dignity & Respect with Colleagues, Front Reception Staff, and ALL Clients 
• Maintain accurate records / SOAP notes of each session
• Schedule, confirm, and cancel appointments with the support of Front Reception
• Communicates clearly and thoroughly with Front Reception via any appointment changes 
• Build relationships with clients to assist them with meeting their wellness goals
• Excellent client retention 
• Is excited to work with a team of like-minded professionals 
• Maintains professionalism at all times, including the cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas 

Qualifications

• Holds current state license and liability insurance to practice massage therapy
• Must adhere to local and state licensing laws 
• Capable of performing Deep Tissue, Swedish, Pre-Natal, & Medical Massage Therapies 
• Additional Modalities a PLUS
• Is a Team Player
• Ability to work a flexible schedule 
• Ready to build their calendar success together 
• Takes initiative on promotions
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strongly service oriented with the ability to communicate effectively with clients in a one-on-one setting
• High level of ethics and integrity
