Responsibilities
Client Consultation: Provide personalized insurance advice and recommendations to clients based on their unique needs and circumstances.
New Business Development: Actively prospect and generate leads to expand our client base and meet sales targets.
Sales Presentations: Effectively communicate the value of our insurance products and services to potential clients, highlighting key benefits and coverage options.
Negotiation and Closing: Collaborate with clients to find coverage solutions that align with their needs and budget, and successfully close sales.
Relationship Management: Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
Requirements
Licensing: Must possess a valid insurance license in the state of Illinois.
Prior Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred.
Customer-Oriented: Strong customer service skills and a genuine desire to help and educate clients.
