We are looking for Licensed, Insurance Sales Producers who are ready to build strong relationships with our clients and help them protect their homes, autos, lives and retirement income to live a good life. We have witnessed producers coming from mortgage, banking, finance, real estate, teaching, and other sales-related industries coming over to Insurance and easily becoming a top producer. Our top producers have the ability to earn well over six figure incomes!
We have opportunities for experienced and newly licensed, no experience candidates!

Responsibilities
- Solicit for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources
- Feel comfortable and confident in making 100+ calls per day to prospective clients
- Prospect for clients via the phone, internet, and in-person.
- Develop referral partnerships with other business professionals.
- Evaluate client needs and make professional recommendations.
- Educate potential clients on the importance of having proper coverage
Requirements
- MUST have a valid Property & Casualty Insurance License, or be willing to pass the state exam prior to start date
- MUST have a solid employment track record, and relatable sales experience
- Knowledge of a commissioned sales role and have the competitive desire to earn commissions by selling insurance policies
- MUST have experience working remotely and have a quiet, private, dedicated workstation set up for an office
- Have a proven track record of dependability & reliability showing up to work as scheduled, on time.
- Have an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Great self-starter with a sense of urgency
- Ability to create relationships from a cold start and able to handle customer rejection.
- Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and coachable.
- Proficiency to multi-task, follow-through and follow-up.
- Excellent communication/interpersonal skills
- Previous Captive Insurance Agency Experience preferred
