Responsibilities
- Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
- Be outstanding at relationship building.
- Cold call, direct email, internet lead generation activities using our CRM platform.
- Placing around 100 outbound calls per day.
- Maintain knowledge of products and services.
- Some evenings and weekends (flex schedule)
Requirements
- Be prepared to make big commissions
- Property & Casualty license - required.
- Minimum of 1+ year previous Allstate experience - required.
- Minimum 2 years prior successful sales experience is preferred.
- Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
- Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Must be highly self-motivated. Driven and goal-oriented individual.
- Be equipped with great listening and closing skills.
- Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is beneficial.
