Responsibilities
Client Consultation: Engage with clients to understand their insurance requirements and provide personalized advice.
Sales Generation: Proactively identify opportunities to offer insurance products and close sales.
Policy Reviews: Regularly review client coverage to ensure they have adequate protection.
Customer Service: Address client inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide exceptional support.
Relationship Building: Foster long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on insurance products and industry trends to provide accurate information and recommendations.
Requirements
Insurance License: Must hold a valid state insurance license.
Sales Experience: Prior experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred.
Customer Focus: Strong customer service skills with a genuine desire to help clients and meet their insurance needs.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to effectively interact with clients and provide clear explanations.
