Job Summary:

The ideal candidate is passionate about building client relationships and delivering personalized insurance solutions, with a strong drive to thrive in a commission-based environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Product Expertise:
- Proactively sell life, health, and annuity insurance products, tailoring solutions to meet specific client needs.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in health insurance policies, life insurance options, and annuity contracts.
Client Relationship Management:
- Regularly visit clients at their homes or businesses to discuss insurance needs.
- Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients, adapting to their evolving needs.
Market Knowledge and Compliance:
- Keep informed about insurance market trends and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure all sales practices are compliant with industry standards.
Professional Development:
- Engage in ongoing education to stay abreast of new products, market trends, and legal changes in the insurance industry.
Requirements:
- Strong sales skills, including persuasion, negotiation, and closing abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for client meetings.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to client acquisition and retention.
- Experience in Insurance Sales is preferred.
- Must pass a comprehensive background check.
- Required insurance licensing or willingness to obtain.
Compensation:
- 100% commission-based role with no cap on sales commissions.
