Sales Consultation: Engage with potential clients to understand their individual insurance needs and provide tailored advice.
New Business Development: Proactively reach out to prospects and generate new business opportunities through various marketing channels.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions to offer relevant and competitive insurance solutions.
Requirements
Licensing: Must Hold an Active Property and Casualty insurance licensewith the state of Georgia.
Must be driven, coachable, competitive and positive attitude.
Self-Motivated: Proactively seek opportunities, take initiative, and meet or exceed sales targets.
Strong Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build relationships and establish trust with clients.
Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey insurance options and policies.
