Our next area Sales Manager is self-assured and has excellent communication skills to maintain relationships with existing customers while also seeking out new prospects through referrals and networking. The ideal candidate for this role will have at least three years of experience in managing sales, preferably in the hospitality industry. $150,000 - $180,000 yearly
Responsibilities:- Increase new business and accelerate revenue generation by cold calling, on-site visits, and sales tours, as well as engaging your local community network
- Keep a list of important clients up to date to ensure the ongoing development of relationships
- Assess the performance of specific properties in your area and develop sales plans and goals that are in line with the broader brand goals
- Encourage the sales team to consistently meet or exceed sales goals and profit margins monthly, quarterly, and annually
- Identify new business leads by examining local market trends and competition activities
- Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and a bachelor’s degree in business or a similar field a plus
- Demonstrated exceptional social, verbal, and negotiating abilities
- 3 or more years of experience in sales management or a leadership role in the sales department, preferably in hospitality
- Outstanding organizational skills and time management
- This position requires previous work experience in a hospitality role
