Salary Range: $28,000- $40,000 Per Year

If you have proven experience selling in another industry, plus great customer service skills, and are ready to learn and grow, we can teach you everything you need to know about insurance. If you are looking for the chance to learn new skills and grow your career, this is the role for you. Entry-level applicants will begin with a $28,000 base salary and can earn an additional $15,000 in commission during their first year.
Are you an Experienced Licensed Insurance Sales Representative? Amazing!
Experienced applicants start with up to a $40,000 base salary and can earn up to an additional $30,000 in commission and bonuses per year. Responsibilities
The primary role of this position is to generate leads for insurance and help new clients protect what matters most to them. in this role, you will
- Help the Agency grow by using consultative selling techniques to sell insurance products to new customers (Auto, Home, Business, Farm Ranch, and Life).
- Proactively cross-sells and or coordinates with agency team members to provide additional, appropriate coverage to existing customers.
- Prospect for new business through leads, calls, networking events, and professional contacts (Including leads through COI, social media, B2B and B2C networks, and sales lead groups).
- Secure new business through individual effort and established lead methods.
- Prepare proposals and delivers effective presentations and follow-ups in order to close sales.
- Meet and exceeds sales goals.
Requirements
A successful candidate must:
- Posses an active Property & Casualty License
- A life & Health License is preferred
- Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful, and be coachable.
- Possess an upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude.
- Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
- Follow through and exceed current and prospective client expectations.

- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
