We are seeking an Insurance Sales Representative to join our Las Vegas team. In this role, you will be an advisor to our clients and prospects alike. You will utilize your excellent relationship-building talents and create trust with the clients. To be successful in this role, you must be able to build rapport quickly as well as bounce back from customer rejection. We believe in investing in our employees' growth and development. All Sales Representatives start at $17 per hour. In 90 days, after their successful completion of training and onboarding, their pay will increase to $18 per hour.
As a bonus, we have 2 office dogs and 1 cat to brighten our days.

If you have previous experience in the insurance industry and are driven to meet sales targets, we are interested in hearing from you! As an Insurance Sales Representative, your main responsibilities would include reaching sales goals, nurturing customer relationships, and delivering exceptional service quality. A Property and Casualty License and insurance experience are a must-have. The base for a licensed and experienced individual: $37,440. With commission, may make up to $157,000 per year ($5,000 - $10,000 per month in commission).

Responsibilities
- Reach / exceed monthly sales goals.
- Employ exceptional relationship-building skills.
- Identify and pursue sales opportunities through cold calling, outside sales events, networking, warm leads, referrals, and other lead-generation methods.
- Shop renewals and Continue to look for and recognize opportunities to cross-sell/account rounding.
- Prepare and present quotes to potential clients and Close Sales.
- Actively listen to the clients objections and concerns. Address the clients concerns carefully, clearly, and professionally.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business growth and meet sales targets. (cold call 50-100 leads daily, sell a min of 25 items).
- Handle confidential information with discretion and follow established compliance guidelines.
Requirements
- Property and Casualty License Required.
- High school diploma or equivalency Required.Associates degree/bachelor's degree is a BONUS
- Insurance experienced is a BONUS
- Sales experience is a Bonus(phone sales, real estate, banking, inside or outside sales, luxury retail sales, collection agencies, car sales, lenders, servers, bartenders)
- Required to attend 90 days of training and onboarding with Allstate.
- Experience working in an office environment, using a multiline phone system, and utilizing computer software. Proficient typing/data entry skills.
- Show professionalism in all aspects of communication - verbal, written, or in-person - to maintain a positive working atmosphere and promote efficient communication.
- Ability to effectively collaborate with other members of the team.
