Hourly Base Salary: $21 - $24 per hour, With commission and bonuses, may make up to $80,000 - $90,000

Responsibilities
Demonstrate the drive to succeed, implement our training, and remain coachable.
Generate quotes using the leads provided and self-generate your own.
Educate clients on insurance coverage options and assist them in making informed decisions.
Develop relationships with referral partners through networking and social media.
Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and addressing client needs.
Maintain strong operational processes when writing business.
Requirements
******Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is beneficial.
Licensing:An active Property & Casualty License is required.
Sales Experience: Previous experience in Insurance Sales or a related field is preferred, but not required.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
Customer Focus: A strong dedication to providing exceptional customer service and exceeding client expectations.
Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with a team and contribute to a positive work environment.
Professionalism: Maintain a high level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct.
