Expected Duration: Contract of 06 Months and possibility of extension

Job Type: Contract and Remote

Pay Range: $36 - $38/hr.

Years of Experience Required: 5-7 overall years of experience in the field.

Degrees or certifications required: N/A; bachelor's degree is not required but preferred.

5+ years of experience with Power BI and Excel Experience

5-7 Years of Experience working in a Supply Chain operations style environment

Ability to Learn Fast (Soft Skill). But really tying into the experience and being able to translate that work.

Purpose of the Team: The purpose of this team is to coordinate and expedite the flow of work between departments of an establishment according to the production schedule. We are looking for a Planner with a strong background in Supply Chain operations and reporting.Job Description:Summary:The main function of a Supply Chain Planner is to coordinate and expedite the flow of work between departments of an establishment according to production schedule. We are looking for a Planner with a strong background in Supply Chain operations and reporting. Primary responsibilities will include: Job Responsibilities:

• Operationalize weekly & monthly cadence to track capacity allocation, report, week-over-week and summarize key drivers.
• Build and maintain dashboards that will track data center capacity allocation and provide data for leadership updates.
• Create effective documentation of processes, process improvement opportunities and stakeholder feedback.
• Proactively share status updates, next steps and help needed to ensure smooth running of the projects.

  Skills:

• Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, problem solving and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to accurately document and record customer/client information.
• Strong experience in Excel power queries, pivot tables, Power point presentations, PowerBI dashboard creation and data visualization
• Effective project management and process improvement skills
• Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word and Excel.

  Education/Experience:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3-5 years related experience required.
