We have significant amounts of referrals CURRENTLY who are requesting evening and Saturday appointments. This would help you achieve your desired caseload much faster if you have the flexibility to work until at least 7 pm. We are flexible and open to discuss this. Full or part-time positions are available now. You MUST be interested in working in a growing private practice and must be self-started.
Responsibilities
• Be open to marketing efforts for yourself in order to grow your clients. Marketing resources will be available to you
• Collaborate with community organizations and attend weekly clinical team meetings
• Perform intake and needs assessments for individuals, significant others, and family members through testing, interviews, observations, and conversation sessions
• Plan, carry out, and assess therapeutic treatment programs for each patient individually
• Maintain accurate, thoroughly documented patient records with a quality of documentation that meets facility and licensing standards
Qualifications
• Master's or Doctorate degree required. If you are pursuing your PsyD as a resident, we can discuss options
• 1-3 years in a clinical setting counseling couples and families is required
• Current and unrestricted state license as an LMFT (licensed marriage and Family Therapist) or equivalent
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities, as well as outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, are needed
