Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patient conditions through health history, interviews, observations, and imaging reviews.
• Order and analyze imaging reports to identify sources of difficulties and rule out fractures or diseases.
• Determine and develop rehab orders for patient treatment plans, ensuring efficient and beneficial services.
• Monitor patient progress and modify services as needed for optimal outcomes.
• Educate and communicate effectively with patients about treatment plans and progress.
• Collaborate with medical personnel in team meetings to achieve effective treatment plans.
• Work in accordance with all federal laws and regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy or Masters/Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy.
• Licensed as a Physical Therapist in the State of Florida.

Job Type: Full-Time and Part-time available

Pay: Starting from $45 per hour
