Camelot Community Care Broward is in search of a Clinician for our Family Safety & Preservation Services Program. CLINICIAN DUTIES INCLUDE:
- Provide in-home family therapy and support services per international evidence-based model, Function Family Therapy (FFT). More information on this treatment model may be found at www.fftllc.com
- Complete collateral contact/coordination and crisis intervention as needed for youth ages 10-17 who are at risk for being removed from their homes and being placed in foster care or those reunifying with their families after being in foster care
- Maintain a caseload between 10 -12 families
- Provide coverage for the FFT team rotated biweekly on-call program
- Function as part of the FFT team and participate in weekly supervision and consultation
- Participate in all required FFT and Camelot In-Service trainings
- Consult with the FFT team and clinical director to ensure all services meet Camelot, FFT, Children's Services Council and Council of Accreditation requirements
- Participate in court-related issues for the caseload in coordination with the program clinical director
- Link the child with specific services and resources as identified
- Serve as liaison with other professionals and agencies
- Maintain all documentation in FFT's Client Services System (CSS) and client charts.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong verbal & written communication skills
- Can work independently & as part of a team
- Excellent customer service & organizational skills
- Bilingual - Spanish or Creole a plus!
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance
- Willing and able to work a flexible schedule based on families' availability including weekends
- Proficient in computer usage including Microsoft Office products.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- Master's degree in the field of counseling, social work, psychology, rehabilitation, special education, or a human services field from a nationally accredited college or university
- Experience in family systems therapy or behaviorally-based maritd substance abuse treatment/ therapy preferred.
