Some of the duties include , but not limited to:
- Providing counseling to couples, individuals, and families
- Conducting assessments and developing treatment plans based on client needs
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals, such as social workers and psychiatrists, to coordinate care
- Collecting and analyzing data to evaluate the effectiveness of treatment interventions
- Providing crisis management and intervention as needed
- Utilizing the ICD-10 diagnostic system to diagnose mental health disorders
- Conducting individual, child and/or family counseling sessions
- Utilizing motivational interviewing techniques to promote behavior change
- Facilitating group/family/couple therapy sessions
Requirements:
- Master's degree in counseling, social work, or a related field
- Must be Licensed as a Therapist or Counselor in Florida
- Knowledge of mental health assessment tools and treatment modalities
- Familiarity with medical record keeping and documentation practices
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with diverse populations
- Excellent problem-solving and crisis management skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines in therapy practice```

Pay: $60.00 - $80.00 per hour
