Job Description
The position is for a Licensed Commercial Property and Casualty Customer Service representative.
Our office is expanding, and we want to hire the right individual to join our outstanding Customer Service team. We are currently seeking to fill a full-time position. Our Customer Service Representative will provide exceptional Customer Service to our current clients and new prospects, process policy change requests, maintain knowledge of our products, and answer any questions our clients may have.
Insurance industry or office experience and knowledge are not required but would be a more significant benefit relating to customers initially for this position.
A property and casualty insurance license is required.
We are open to in-office as well as remote.

Experienced with Applied Systems EPIC environment
If Working remotely, must have the ability to have high-speed access to the internet
Process customer policy change requests.
Complete Evidence of Insurance requests.
Verify phone numbers, addresses, and email addresses with each customer contact and update customer information.
Return all phone messages promptly.
Generating insurance quotes.
Provide exceptional Customer Service.
Maintain client relationships with follow-up phone calls.
Requirements
