We are seeking a compassionate Licensed Clincal Therapsit(LMSW, LLP) to join our team of medical professionals to help provide patient care second to none! To be successful as a Clinical Therapist, empathy, resolute decision making, and attention to detail should be a part of your toolkit.. And ultimately, a top-notch Clinical Therapist will exhibit cultural competence and exceptional teamwork skills. The Clinical Therapist will be responsible for caring for patients, maintaining accurate and current patient records, along with scheduling and administering follow-up appointments to patients as required. Preferred candidates have an independent licensure in the state of Michigan, with strong communication abilities, and desire to provide superior patient care at all time.

Duties of Clinical Therapist:
- Conduct individual psychotherapy with a diverse client population
- Conduct bio/psycho/social diagnostic intakes and complete clinical documentation as appropriate
- Conduct occasional crisis intervention and perform occasional case management duties
- Willing to provide supervision to newer children (dependent on licensure)
- Maintain confidentiality of records relating to clients' treatment
- Applies CEU stipend ($1,000) for educational and continuing educational opportunities
- Remote work available
- Demonstrates eligibility to work for any employer in the U.S.
- Qualified candidates will possess a Master’s degree in clinical psychology or counseling
- Fully licensed to practice psychotherapy in the State of Michigan.
- Eligible degrees include, but are not limited to: LMSW, LMFT, LICSW, LCSW, LPC, LLP.
- At least 2 years of post-degree clinical experience is preferred
- Experience working as part of a treatment team is preferred
- Previous clinical experience in clinic/medical settings are encouraged
- Additional experience with chronic pain, substance abuse, depression, PTSD, and anxiety is also preferred.
- A background in evidence based therapy practices (e.g., Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness training, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, etc.) is preferred
- A sound understanding of all pertinent federal and state regulations, including HIPAA and OSHA.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced and stressful environment while maintaining positive energy.
- Willingness to participate in goal-setting and educational activities for professional advancement.
- Able to work compassionately with patients and coworkers to exhibit patient care second to none
