Clinical Therapist

Hess Psychological Services is interviewing therapists to join our team! We are open to hiring for either full-time or part time roles. We are looking to add a highly motivated, passionate, independent, and engaging, fully licensed therapists (LP, LLP, LPC, LMSW) who brings their unique personality and talents to our practice. We are looking for individuals either part or full time, independent contractor or W2 employee depending on hours.

Therapist Duties and Responsibilities

• Conduct regular appointments with clients
• Establish positive and trusting relationships with clients
• Implement various therapeutic modalities to appropriately address client situations
• Record and maintain adequate notes about client visits
• When required, refer clients to outside sources or agencies that can better address their specific needs
• Maintain HIPAA and ethical guidelines
• Maintain all required licenses and the appropriate insurance

Therapist Requirements and Qualifications

• Minimum of a Master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field (LP, LLP, LPC, LMSW)
• Meet all necessary state licensure requirements
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills with the ability to actively listen
• Solid relationship-building capabilities
• A positive and compassionate attitude
• Keen attention to detail
• Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize needs
• Willingness to stay updated on new treatments, protocols, and licensure requirements within the field
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
