Job Description
Must be competent in providing counseling services to a diverse population - individuals, couples, families - with a variety of DSM 5 diagnoses. Must be comfortable utilizing a variety of counseling approaches ie. CBT, DBT, Trauma informed Care, Brief Solution Focused, Motivational Interviewing, 12 Step Recovery, EFT, etc.
Must be able to function independently and simultaneously interdependently as part of a team. Clinical and program supervision is provided. Administrative, Reception, Scheduling and medical billing all provided.
Candidate must have all clearances - Act 33, 34 and FBI clearances, must obtain your own professional liability insurance 1-3 million coverage (can get thru ACA or HPSO), preferably have a minimum of 3-5 years experience, experience providing counseling to couples, families, depression, trauma, anxiety, grief, PTSD, adults, parenting, addictions, etc. If needed we will assist you in becoming credentialed. you must be ethical, professional, honest, and have excellent record keeping skills. You must practice what you preach...if we ask clients to become healthier, we must model this...working towards this.
This is a full time W2 employee position. Currently health benefits are not offered.
