We are looking for an experienced LICENSED therapist to join our group practice that provides Mental Health evaluation and treatment services to children, adolescents, families, couples, and adults. We need a therapist to provide counseling IN-PERSON OR HYBRID. We also need a therapist who can work REMOTE/TELEHEALTH OR HYBRID. Pay range $60-$100 per session. Our Master's level therapists earn about $135,000 per year when they see about 35 clients per week and work 48 weeks per year.
Our office space is friendly and comfortable, and our administrative staff goes above and beyond to provide support for our therapists and clients. Our practice currently consists of twelve highly trained therapists (LPCs, LCSWs, PHD/PsyDs) with many years of experience, and a practice manager, intake coordinators, and billing specialist. We have a large volume of referrals. Our clients are very motivated and want help. They come regularly for their appointments and we do not have problems with no-shows or frequent cancellations. Once you are credentialed with insurance companies by our practice manager, you have the ability to be as busy as you want to be.
Our administrative staff will take care of credentialing for you. You will be provided business cards, an advertisement in Psychology Today, a business email account, and access to our electronic health records system which is extremely easy to use. Our administrative staff takes care of all billing issues, and our intake coordinator takes initial calls/emails and places clients in your schedule when you provide openings. You are paid every two weeks ($60/session for seeing less than 10 clients per week, and $70/session for seeing more than 10 clients a week for Master's level). There is also the ability to make $10 more per session when doing specialty work, such as EMDR, testing, art therapy, play therapy, etc.. Licensed psychologists start at $90 per session.
