We are looking for qualified Licensed General Contractors to join our pre-approved vendor network. Contractors and design professionals who work with Curbio access real jobs, get paid quickly, and eliminate hassles that come with traditional home improvement. We got our start renovating kitchens and baths, but will do anything from interior paint, handyman repairs, roof replacements, etc.

What to expect:
- Collaborate with Curbio Project Managers throughout the renovation process.
- Maintain regular communication with Curbio to provide updates on project progress.
- Evaluate project specifications, plans, and budgets.
- Obtain necessary permits and approvals.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Ensure the construction work meets high-quality standards and adheres to local building codes and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Valid General Contractor's license.
- Proven experience in residential remodeling and construction management.
- Own construction crews for various trades (e.g., carpenters, plumbers, electricians, etc.) is a plus.
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
