How you’ll make an impact:
Works with members of the Music Programming team to create superior radio programs as needed. Responsible for organizing, cataloging, and reviewing audio programs.
What you’ll do:
- Ability to edit Archival audio for programming
- Strong knowledge of various programming genres.
- Assist metadata backfill efforts, as needed
- Loads audio elements into music automation system
- Properly enters song information and non-music elements into automation system maintaining required royalties’ data
- Develops an understanding of and perform audio editing, fades and inserting correct digital markers that sound the most appealing based on music/content selection and channel genre
What you’ll need:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, relevant experience preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Interpersonal skills and ability to interact and work with staff at all levels.
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multi-task, and work under shifting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- 1+ years(s) of experience in Media Library Maintenance and Expansion and/or Metadata management
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Ability to pay attention to details and be organized.
- Willingness to take initiative and to follow through on projects.
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multi-task, and work under shifting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Position is Hybrid, requiring 2+ in-office days per week.
- Thorough knowledge of MS-Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook), Google sheets
- Must have legal right to work in the U.S.
