Level 1 Help Desk Technician

Here's what is mandatory: Being a problem solver and self-motivated. We need this person to have some sort on technical interest and/or IT training. College courses are ideal. This person must be a United States citizen and be legally able to drive. We do pay mileage.

We have a long standing and impeccable relationship with our clients. Our firm provides anything and everything our clients may need. From desktop troubleshooting to network issues, server migrations and even vendor management- we do it all. We are a family-friendly employer that works hard to help our folks balance the demands of IT consulting with having a life.
