We are seeking to hire one candidate who can multi-task between answering the phone and maintaining organization, planning and scheduling clients. We would prefer two or more years experience in legal work and/or office work, but if you feel your qualifications will be an asset to our company we urge you to apply.
Job duties include:
Answering the phones
Filing paperwork with the Courts
Preparing disclosures and legal documents
Problem solving
Paying bills and managing day to day office duties
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $16.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Choose your own hours
- No weekends
