Legal Counsel - Attorney - Commercial Construction Industry
Full Time, Perm Position
Hybrid or Remote in Houston, Dallas, or Austin Texas
$150K - $230K Salary plus benefits
Global leader in renovation, construction, and design-build services, is looking to hire Legal Counsel with experience in the Commercial Construction industry to join as a full-time permanent employee to work either remote or onsite in our Houston, Dallas, or Austin Texas offices.
Ideal candidates will have 5+ plus years of experiencefocusing on both the management of disputes, litigation, and claims arising from the company’s operations, and the drafting and negotiation of construction-related contracts, change orders, and claims.
We need an attorney that has experience in the construction industry, or, someone who got their engineering degree then went on to get their law degree with experience dealing with construction-related disputes.
Must have a J.D. degree from an ABA-approved law school and an active member in good standing of a United States jurisdiction.
