Job Description:
We seek a motivated, self-reliant Intellectual Property lawyer to join our Litigation team in Dallas, Texas. This role involves managing a fast-paced, diverse, and complex national patent litigation docket, working closely with in-house colleagues, outside counsel, and business clients. Must be an effective communicator, creative, strategic, and work well in a team environment. Excellent academic credentials and a minimum of 7 years' experience are required, including demonstrable trial experience. Technical degree and USPTO admission are a plus. Position will occasionally handle complex commercial litigation too. Interested candidates should provide a resume, writing sample, references, law school transcripts verifying degree, grades / class rank, and proof of good standing in a state bar, preferably Texas. Office position with some travel required.
