Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain accurate billing records for the organization
- Prepare and submit invoices to clients on a timely basis
- Review and verify billing information for accuracy and completeness
- Follow up with clients regarding outstanding payments or discrepancies
- Assist with resolving billing issues or inquiries from clients
- Provide administrative support as needed, such as filing, data entry, and record keeping
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a office setting is preferred
- Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to transcribe information accurately and efficiently
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
