Legal Assistant/Clerk - Lake Mary, Florida

At Mandarich Law Group, LLP, we are looking for great people to bring their passion and strong work ethic to the job. We are a creditors' rights law firm located in Lake Mary, Florida. We are currently seeking a Legal Assistant.
FULL TIME: Monday thru Friday - In Office

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Prepare Pre-trial hearing instructions for attorneys prior to appearances.
- Review attorney notes after hearings to delegate applicable next actions based on outcome.
- Entry of complaints, disputes and hardships into our system of record.
- E-filing via the Florida E-filing portal.
- Proposed order submission per judicial preferences.
- Imaging court notices and other pleadings as necessary to for attorney review for their appearances.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
- Excellent communication and writing ability, organizational skills, analytical skills and interpersonal skills, attention to detail
- the ability to work independently and juggle multiple projects.
- One year legal experience, must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Adobe PDF.
- Minimum - High School Diploma, Paralegal Certificate.
