Location: Towson, MD (In Office)
Pay: (Pay is dependent on years of relevant work experience and work production).
Experience: Litigation experience required. Collections experience strongly preferred.
Expected duties include but are not limited to:
- Organizing and coordinating a high volume of collection matters
- Communicating with debtors, clients, opposing counsel, and the court.
- Managing & calendaring a large number of litigation deadlines
- Drafting legal correspondence and documents including motion papers & complaints
- Filing documents with court & county offices & arranging for service of process.
- Candidate will be expected to take a lead role in all things secretarial, clerical, and paralegal related for the collections practice
- Light overflow work as needed to support firm

Pay: $21.18 - $25.51 per hour
