Seeking a Legal Assistant:
We are an entrepreneurial law firm that is on track for aggressive growth, and we need an experienced Legal Assistant to join our team and work directly with the owners and attorneys to support the team and help our clients. We want to be known for helping our clients through an extremely emotional process from which they emerge feeling as though they are a better person, in a better position, and that they had a team behind them that really cared and fought for them.
We are growing fast, and we need a Legal Assistant who can hit the ground running. This position will be responsible for important work, and requires someone who can:
- Conduct initial intake process and gather detailed information for group of attorneys.
- Communicate with clients, gathering necessary information to begin building a case.
- Organize case files.
- Maintain case progress information.
- Gather relevant information from a variety of sources.
- Provide administrative support to attorneys and enhance office effectiveness.
- Manage incoming email and call requests and prioritize responses.
- Excel at database management.

We love to help people learn and grow. But we don’t have the time for that right now. We need a Legal Assistant with experience, preferably in a law firm, and ideally in a bankruptcy law firm.
The ideal candidate MUST be able to take initiative on work that needs to be done and must be able to complete tasks with minimal supervision.

This is a full-time job where you are expected to be able to work in the office for 40 hours per week.

Pay: $21.00 - $26.00 per hour
