Legal Assistant/Paralegal

Additional consideration will be given to candidates with experience in any of the following programs: WealthCounsel, Decision Vault, Clio Manage, Lawmatics.

Legal Assistants/Paralegals assist attorneys by handling matters ranging from document drafting and coordinating document production to case management, handling client questions, and meeting with clients to execute documents. We are willing to train the right person, but legal experience is preferred.

Work hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday-Friday with a 60-min lunch from 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM.

Responsibilities will include: - answering phones - transcription - drafting documents - responding to emails - interacting with clients and opposing parties - maintaining schedules and coordinating multiple attorneys.
