As a Legal Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our office such as preparing draft legal pleadings and correspondence for use in conjunction with criminal prosecution and civil litigation as well as providing comprehensive clerical support to attorneys and other support staff. Education/Training
AA Degree or equivalent supplemented by specialized training in legal administration and support or any combination of education, training and work experience which demonstrates the incumbent is otherwise fully qualified.
Experience
Three years or more increasingly responsible professional experience as a Legal Assistant in the public service environment preferred. Additional education in a related discipline may be substituted for the position requirements.
