Position Summary: Our client, a busy law firm named as one of the "Nation's Best Law Firms" listed by US News and Best Lawyers is looking to add an additional Legal Administrative Assistant to their team to support Family Law and Probate department. The Legal Administrative Assistant will help in managing caseloads, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring the smooth operation of family law and probate practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in organizing and maintaining case files
- Draft, edit, and proofread legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and correspondence
- Calendar court dates, deadlines, and appointments
- Communicate with clients to gather information and provide updates on case status
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence
- Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems
Key Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience supporting attorneys
- Exceptional time management, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and various legal software
Additional Information:
- Location: Concord, NH (100% onsite)
- Type: Direct-Hire offering comprehensive benefits package
- Pay: $24 - $28 /hourly
