Boutique Law Firm handling complex corporate and business matters for Banking and Real Estate is seeking a Legal Assistant to assit two Attorneys.
Full Time: Monday - Friday (In the Office / Not Remote)
Responsibilities:
Prepare Legal documents
Handle Calendar
e-filing
Maintaining client files
Scheduling depositions, mediations and trials
Knowledge of Florida Rules of Civil Procedure
Bilingual/Spanish highly preferred
