Responsibilities:
- Schedule and confirm appointments, recorded statements, IMEs, and EUOs for clients in Boynton Beach, FL, US
- Request all necessary documents for client cases, including insurance information, police reports, medical records, and bills
- Assist the case manager and attorney with managing a caseload efficiently
- Draft legal documents and prepare demands accurately
- Communicate clearly and concisely with clients, attorneys, medical providers, and insurance companies
- Manage the attorney’s calendars effectively
- Ensure all deadlines are met promptly and accuratel
