Job duties include preparing correspondence, filing pleadings with the court and submitting proposed Orders to the Judge, opening and organizing files, submitting invoices for payment, communicating with clients, scheduling depositions, mediations, and arbitrations, general secretarial duties, organizing deadlines and calendar.
