Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and professional manner
- Assist in the preparation of legal documents, including drafting and editing.
- Gather relevant information for cases
- Maintain and organize files and documents
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and conferences as needed
- Assist with general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing
Skills:
- Strong phone etiquette and excellent communication skills
- Proficient in administrative tasks such as filing, organizing, and data entry
- Ability to conduct research using various resources
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling documents and data
