Established small law firm in Tustin looking for a Legal Assistant who is motivated to learn the areas of Trust Administration and Estate Planning.
Job duties include:
- Assist Estate Plan Paralegal
- Assist in trust administration and maintain files and calendars
- Calendaring Appointments (experience using outlook calendar required)
- Assist in initial Client intake & calls
- You will have to quickly learn the basics of each of our practice areas along with legal terms.
- Excellent writing and oral skills are required
- This is an in-office job position without the ability to work remotely
The ideal Legal Assistant will:
- Have two year Receptionist experience, preferably in a law firm
- Type at least 45 wpm
- Have a stable work history
Other Skills:
MUST be a very organized and detail oriented individual
We are looking for someone that has an exceptional work ethic, is a multi-tasker, is extremely organized, and Detail Oriented assertive, and motivated. This person must possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. This person must be comfortable working as a team with both attorneys and paralegals.
Computer literacy is absolutely required. This person must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.), and must be comfortable with e-filing.

Pay: $16.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
