Your Role:
As a Legal Assistant with KS Law Group, you’ll be more than just a cog in the machine. Working alongside seasoned attorneys in pre-suit and litigation, you’ll help navigate the complexities of property insurance law, making a tangible difference in the lives of those we serve.
What You’ll Do:

• Craft, format, and manage legal documents with an eye for detail and accuracy.
• Organize and maintain case files, ensuring seamless access and efficiency.
• Coordinate schedules, deadlines, and appointments, acting as the linchpin for time management.
• Engage in legal research, supporting case strategy development with your findings.
• Facilitate communication, becoming a trusted bridge between clients, courts, and our team.
• Embrace administrative duties, from answering calls to managing correspondence, with enthusiasm and professionalism.

Who You Are:

• You have experience in a legal setting, with a preference for backgrounds in property insurance law or similar fields.
• You’re familiar with the intricacies of the Florida legal system and thrive on detail-oriented tasks.
• Multitasking is second nature to you; you manage tasks with grace under pressure.
• Your communication skills are impeccable, whether written or verbal.
• You’re proficient with Microsoft Office and have a knack for picking up new software.
• You’re a self-starter, eager to learn, and contribute to a team’s success.
