Responsibilities:

- Provide administrative support to the attorney/team.
- Receive, verify, organize and sorts between critical and non-critical paperwork and documents.
- Enters and maintains information, documents and records into various paper files.
- Type routine correspondence, memos or other office documents as directed.
- Assists in preparing and obtaining case related documents.
- Answer telephones, screen calls, take messages and answer routine questions.
- Maintain legal calendaring system to ensure timely compliance with various legal deadlines.
- Schedule depositions, mediations, hearings, conferences and meetings, and medical examinations
- Assist in deposition preparation, pre-trial investigations, trial preparation, including assistance with preparation of witnesses for deposition and/or trial.
- Review, analyze and prepare medical records, exhibits and power points for depositions, mediation and trial.
- Prepare case summaries.
- Assemble chronologies of pertinent facts and key documents
- Review, analyze and organize document productions by opposing parties and co-defendants.
- Manage documents and organize case files.
- Proficient in the use of: Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point and a case management software.
- Bilingual – English and Spanish
